Arcology

I don't know about you, but this looks a bit ridiculous. 

"27 million square feet spiraling 'city within a building' will cost $4 billion and it is scheduled to be built within [the] next 5 years"

And from Sir Norman Foster nonetheless?! I think it may be one of those have to see it to believe it…if it ever gets off the ground that is. Looks like it's the closest an arcology has ever gotten to being built.
